Mr. Sperry's pursuits have allowed him to be involved in the ownership and operations of more than half a dozen different businesses over the last 12 years. These include retail, service, real estate, restaurants, and commercial property development.. Presently, Mr. Sperry has ownership interest in two restaurant operations, a business brokerage firm and a home service company.

Mr. Sperry has also had the opportunity to become involved in the franchise industry, both as a franchise owner as well as representing buyers and sellers of various franchise operations including Subway, Quizno’s, Cold Stone Creamery, Dairy Queen, British Petroleum, Phillips Conoco, Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, Valvoline, Great Clips, Midas, General Nutrition Centers and Planet Beach. 

Mr. Sperry’s diverse background as an owner and operator of various businesses helps him to relate to the same challenges his clients face when they are in the process of making those tough decisions which directly affect their business.  Mr. Sperry can relate to both the seller and buyer knowing what it takes to transfer a business or a piece of commercial property.
